Online Returns

We hope you love everything you purchase at Aleren.  However, if you are not satisfied for any reason, we are happy to issue an Aleren credit for any returned items eligible for a return.  Please see below for items not eligble for return. 

RETURN POLICY:

ALL returns must be postmarked for return within 14 days of your order being delivered.

We do not issue refunds.  We issue a credit that may be used online or in store.

Merchandise must be new, unaltered and unworn, and must have original tags attached. Customer is responsible for any return shipping fees.

 ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN / CONSIDERED FINAL SALE

Swim, Special Occasion, Underwear/intimates, and Sale Items are all considered Final Sale and cannot be returned for Aleren credit.

 

RETURNS PROCESS

Please fill out the Returns form that arrived with your order.  Return the form along with the item(s) you would like to return to the following address.

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of having received your order (as per tracking info). 

Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect the return, and provided the return criteria above are satisfied, we will send you an email with a return code, the amount of your return, and guidance on how to apply to future purchases.  You may then use this credit for future online or in-store purchases.

Return credits will be processed within 3 business days of receiving your return.
